My Coker Exp.

Since August I have been involved with Coker Colleges mens soccer program. Coming here straight out of high school and my parents house, I have found the college life very challenging. While the school work is enough to challege any student, throwing in a second element like college athletics is enough to make anyones head spin. As I developed both physically and emotionally throughout the year, i have learned many helpful tactics in becoming a sucessfull student and athelete, yes at the same time! My number one tip for surviving college is to get enough sleep. The human body is capable of many amazing things, but these things can not be performed if you dont get enough sleep. My next tip is keeping a healthy diet. Your body is a complex machine, this machine works best when it is having good food to work with.

Even though college can be exausting and a bit scary at times, I have deffinetly found truth in the term "college is the best time of your life". While in college you experience great things for the first time, like living on your own or without your parents. You also make great friends that will last for a lifetime.
